Are your patios dog friendly? Are they heated?
We love dogs! Patios at both restaurants are dog friendly.
The Lake Merritt location has a handful of tables underneath our heater.
The Dimond location’s patio is enclosed, but does not have heaters.

Do you have vegetarian, vegan, gluten free options?
Definitely. Our menus include notations of vegetarian, vegan and gluten free items. Please let your server know about any dietary restrictions you may have and we will do our best to accomodate.

Do you have a kids menu?
Yes, we have a kid's menu for brunch, lunch and dinner (dine-in only)

I am trying to book a  reservation, but the time/party size/day of the week is not available. What do I do?
If you do not see a reservation for the parameters you selected, it is mostly likely because we are either already booked, or do not accommodate a reservation within those parameters.

Our Lake Merritt location takes reservations for parties up to 8. Our weekend brunch reservations are limited as we reserve most of the restaurant for walk-ins.

The Dimond location takes reservations for parties up to 15. 

Both locations accept walk-ins of all sizes at all times; weekend brunch gets full fast and large party walk-ins may see longer wait times.

I am running late for my reservation. How can I get in touch with the host?
We will hold your reservation for 15 minutes. Please contact the host stand by selecting “send a message” on the Opentable confirmation email that you have received. Otherwise, give us a call!

How long is the wait on the weekends?
Our wait times vary from 0 to 60 minutes for weekend brunch. If there is a wait, you can put your name on the waitlist in person and we will text you when your table is ready.

Are you handicap accessible? To wheelchairs too?
Yes, both of our restaurants are ADA accessible. At the Dimond location, ramp access is available on the Dimond Ave side entrance.

Can we bring our own cake? Wine? Is there a fee?
Cake fees are $3.50 per person. Corkage is $25 per 750ml and $50 for magnums. Limit 4 bottles per table.

How do I handle issues with my Doordash Order?
Unfortunatley, we are not able to offer assistance or refunds for Doordash orders. All issues must be addressed directly with Doordash
